Welcome to Breaking Bias!

Hi everyone! I’m Grace, an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist working in the UK, doing my best to create fairer workplaces for everyone.

I’ve had the pleasure of doing just about everything in this space, from wider strategy planning, to consulting on smaller issues with staff at all levels. Thankfully, I’ve learned a lot about what works. Even more importantly, I’ve learned what doesn’t work.

So, I thought I’d try and get past my endless struggles with technology, and share some of the things that I teach about on a daily basis. Hopefully, you’ll be able to find something on here that inspires, and more importantly, that you can practically take away with you, and use to make demonstrable change at work.
